AKIRA CONNECT

Website privacy notice

Updated 4 October 2026. This notice covers the Akira Connect marketing website and business enquiries. It does not describe care information used in the Akira app.

What this website collects

If you contact us, we collect the business details you provide: name, email, organisation, role, country, enquiry intent and any optional details about your organisation's workflow. Please do not send care-recipient or health information.

How the information is used

Enquiry information is used to review interest in Akira Connect, respond to requests and plan discovery conversations or possible trials. Ongoing email marketing requires a separate, explicit opt-in. An enquiry alone does not subscribe you.

Website measurement

We record visits, demonstration selections and form starts and completions to understand which messages are useful. Campaign parameters from the website address are stored with these events and enquiries. The website does not use advertising cookies or create a persistent visitor identifier.

Storage and access

Enquiries and website events are stored in a hosted website database on Cloudflare infrastructure, through Sites hosting. They are available to the site owner through the site's management tools. This is separate from the Akira app’s care-data arrangements.

Your choices

You can opt out of ongoing marketing at any time. For access, correction or deletion enquiries, use the contact form, select “I'd like to learn more” and describe your request without sensitive information. Data is retained while relevant to discovery, partner discussions or requested updates. Suppression information may be retained to respect an opt-out.

Before public launch

The operating entity, privacy contact details and jurisdiction-specific arrangements will be confirmed before the website is opened for a public campaign. Trial privacy, security and data-residency requirements will be agreed before real care information is used.
